To help New Mexico broadcasters “recruit broadly” the NMBA emails member stations’ job postings to a wide variety of recruiting sources from around the state. The NMBA would like to invite suggestions of recruiting sources from any of our broadcast and community members. Our EEO recruitment list is constantly being reviewed and revised.
