NOALMARK BROADCASTING SERVES SOUTHEAST COMMUNITIES YEAR-LONG

Noalmark stations in southeast New Mexico serves our communities throughout the year. Prior to each school year, KIXN, KZOR, KPZA, KLEA and KEJL team with local school districts in Hobbs, Lovington, Eunice, Tatum and Jal to stuff a big yellow school bus full of school supplies. Each station broadcasts for 15 hours soliciting basic school supplies and monetary donations to provide over 2,000 children in Lea County with the necessary supplies to succeed in school. Additionally, a 30-year tradition continues with a community-wide safe Trick-or-Treating event for families. Every year thousands of children and their families attend the event. As we wrap up each year, Noalmark Hobbs radio stations team with the Salvation Army of Hobbs Food Bank to stuff a 53 foot semi-trailer full of non-perishable food items, raising over 30,000 pounds of food for the food bank, which sustains the community for approximately 7 months. While each station provides nearly 300 broadcast hours to guarantee the success of these events, Noalmark stations in southeast New Mexico make an effort every day to impact our communities throughout the year.
