Register for Your Client`s Perception is Your Reality

Plain and simple, it`s not how you are doing with a client. It is only how they think you are doing. It`s easy for us as salespeople to convince ourselves that we are doing things the proper way, but the reality of the client is the only true judge. We will look at some of the ways the salesperson and the decision maker may differ in perception. Remember, the client`s perception is always your reality.
